Authority of the Crown<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Royal Council is the highest authority in Aetherra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They oversee:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Laws and rulings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kingdom disputes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Major decisions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Their word is final in matters of the realm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2694\ufe0f 2. Restricted &amp; Contraband Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To preserve balance within the realm:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following are restricted or illegal items:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Elytra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Netherite Armor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beacons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maces<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enforcement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Discovered possession, use, or trade of these items may result in:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>confiscation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>imprisonment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other punishments determined by the Council\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Queen Nelly favors torture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\uddfe 8. House Deeds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deeds represent ownership of land or property<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They serve as a written record within the realm and can only be written by a Royal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deeds may be:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>granted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>traded<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gifted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Note<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Deeds are primarily a roleplay feature<strong>,<\/strong> not a technical protection system. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udee1\ufe0f 9. Protection of Villagers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Villagers within kingdom realms are considered protected citizens<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They may not be enslaved or confined<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Violations may result in fines or other punishment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Note<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If a villager is healed, rescued, or discovered, they must either:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be entrusted to the care of the Verdant Circle and released into Villager Cove<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be safely released into a village within the Mining World<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udfad 10.
